AI Novel Terms of Use

01Closed beta

AI Novel is under development and is provided as a closed and experimental beta.

During this period:

• features may be added, removed, or changed;
• stories and engines may change behavior;
• results generated by artificial intelligence may be inconsistent;
• experiences may contain bugs or failures;
• certain data or experiences may need to be reset;
• the service may be temporarily unavailable;
• usage limits may be introduced or changed.

Participating in the beta means accepting that the product is still being tested and evolving.

02Age requirement

The AI Novel beta is exclusively for people aged 18 or older.

By creating or using an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

We may request your date of birth or use reasonable age-assurance mechanisms to verify this requirement.

Accounts that do not meet the age requirement may be denied access or terminated.

03Invitation-only access

Access to the beta may depend on an individual invitation.

• does not guarantee permanent access;
• may have an expiration date;
• must not be sold;
• may be canceled in case of abuse, fraud, or error;
• may be subject to limits on available places and service capacity.

Beta access does not create an obligation to make the service available commercially or permanently in the future.

04Account

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate registration information;
• maintaining control of the means used to access your account;
• not sharing credentials or authentication links;
• informing us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not use another person's account without authorization.

05How AI-generated content works

AI Novel uses artificial intelligence to produce or assist in producing narration, dialogue, character behavior, world state, narrative memory, suggestions, images, and other elements of the experience.

Artificial intelligence systems are probabilistic. This means the content may occasionally:

• be incorrect;
• contradict earlier events;
• interpret your action unexpectedly;
• contain factual errors;
• produce strange or inappropriate content;
• not represent the intent of AI Novel's developers.

AI-produced content should be understood as part of a fictional and experimental experience.

06Fiction and sensitive content

Experiences may include themes common to fiction, such as conflict, relationships, violence, suspense, fear, death, romance, or other emotionally intense subjects.

The presence, intensity, and treatment of these elements may vary according to the scenario and actions taken.

Dynamically generated content may create situations that were not previously written or reviewed by a person.

AI Novel must not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

07Your actions and content

You may freely write actions, dialogue, and other information within the experiences.

You retain any rights you hold in content you enter into the service.

By using AI Novel, you authorize us to process that content to the extent necessary to:

• run the experience;
• maintain narrative continuity and memory;
• generate responses and images;
• detect failures and abuse;
• provide support;
• operate and improve the beta.

This authorization includes processing content through the technology and artificial intelligence suppliers used to operate the service. You do not need to enter real personal information to use AI Novel. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information about yourself or others within stories.

08Content generated by the service

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the narrative content generated for your experiences for personal purposes.

Because artificial intelligence systems may produce similar results for different users, we do not guarantee exclusivity over automatically generated content.

We also do not guarantee that all AI-produced content will be free of similarities to existing works, facts, characters, or materials.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• violate applicable law;
• compromise or attempt to compromise service security;
• access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
• exploit flaws to obtain unauthorized access or resources;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• deliberately interfere with service availability;
• automate access to the product abusively;
• use the service to violate third-party rights;
• attempt to bypass access restrictions or security mechanisms.

We may also restrict uses that create material risks for people, the service, or third parties.

10Beta feedback

One purpose of the beta is to identify problems and improve the product.

You may send suggestions, bug reports, and other comments.

By submitting feedback, you authorize us to use it to develop, fix, and improve AI Novel without any obligation to pay you or implement the suggestion.

We will not publicly associate your name or other personal information with feedback without authorization.

11Availability and limits

We do not guarantee uninterrupted beta availability.

We may establish or change limits related to:

• the number of experiences;
• the number of turns;
• the use of artificial intelligence models;
• image generation;
• computing capacity;
• request frequency;
• other resources that create costs or affect service stability.

We may temporarily limit features to preserve system security, stability, or availability.

12Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate an account's access in situations such as:

• violation of these Terms;
• an attempt to compromise the service;
• fraud;
• abuse of resources;
• use incompatible with the beta's purpose;
• a legal requirement;
• termination or restructuring of the beta program itself.

Whenever reasonable, we will seek to consider the context before taking action on an account. You may also request to end your participation in the beta.

13Privacy

The processing of personal data related to the use of AI Novel is explained in our Privacy Policy.

When using the service, we recommend that you also read that document.

14Ownership of AI Novel

AI Novel's software, visual identity, interfaces, systems, original scenarios, documentation, trademarks, graphic elements, and other materials remain protected by the rights of their respective owners.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the product or its technology to you.

The access authorization granted during the beta is limited, personal, revocable, and intended for use of the service in accordance with these Terms.

15Third-party services

AI Novel depends on services provided by third parties, including artificial intelligence, infrastructure, storage, email delivery, observability, and technical service providers.

Failures or changes in those services may temporarily affect how AI Novel works.

16Beta-related limitation

AI Novel is provided on an experimental basis during the beta.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

• the service will be permanently available;
• every story can be completed;
• AI-generated results will be correct or consistent;
• experiences will remain unchanged during development;
• experimental data will never need to be migrated or reset.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

17Changes to the service and these Terms

The product will continue to evolve during the beta.

We may update these Terms when there are material changes to the service, beta rules, or applicable law.

Material changes may be communicated within the product or through other appropriate means.

The current version will be identified by the date shown at the beginning of this document.

18Governing law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with Brazilian law.

No provision of these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory rights or guarantees under applicable law.
